Soleil K. Dolce joined AERO in January of 2003 as head of Finance and Community programs. She brings her knowledge of nutrition, holistic healing practices and equine massage to benefit the horses at AERO. She also has many years of experience working with children and animals using her two Labrador retrievers as registered therapy dogs, participating in child mentor programs, and instructing for Junior Achievement.  She has over 10 years of volunteer experience at therapeutic riding stables working with disabled children and adults.  Soleil has been volunteering for the community for over 20 years now and brings her varied volunteer experience to the table to help AERO organize the amazing people that care for the horses and support our kids.  She wears many hats for AERO and including being the developer and lead instructor for the children's program, barn manager and nutrition advisor, training lead for the horses, and so much more.  Soleil grew up with horses and was 'horse crazy' as a kid riding in western, gymkhana, dressage, hunting & jumping, and trail since she was 5yo. 

Soleil worked as a consolidations accountant and financial analyst at Microsoft which provides background to manage the books at AERO and obtain funding from several contribution streams. Like Carol, she does all this in her spare time while working full time in Technologies at American Express. Soleil is a Massage Therapist (for people but does not maintain a license any more), Reiki Master and Certified Equine Massage Therapist, instructing at the Arizona Equine Institute of Kinesiology and Massage Therapy.  She is has also been a member of the Sheriff's MPCA Posse (Prevention of Cruelty to Animals)and leads the Maricopa County Large Animal Resource Team.
